Meet Your Instructor
My name is Trish St.Ledger, MS, RD, LDN
Registered Dietitian • Prenatal Nutrition Specialist • Mom of Two
My passion for prenatal nutrition started with my own journey to motherhood. After facing infertility, I became deeply invested in understanding how nutrition impacts fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery. I wanted to give myself and my future children the best possible foundation — and now I want to help you do the same
.
Professionally, this has always been close to my heart. One of my first jobs after college was working in a WIC nutrition clinic, where I worked with pregnant and postpartum moms and their young children. That experience shaped the way I approach prenatal care: with compassion, cultural sensitivity, and a focus on real-life solutions.

As both a registered dietitian and mom of two, I created this course to bring you the same trusted, real-world guidance I’ve used in both my career and my own pregnancies. You deserve to feel confident and supported every step of the way — and I’m here to help make that happen.
