We see patients for a variety of reasons:

Pre-diabetes, borderline diabetes, insulin resistance, type 1, type 2 and gestational diabetes are all conditions that can benefit from individualized nutrition counseling to help manage blood sugars, obtain a more optimal blood sugar range and help stave off the long term complications linked to diabetes.

Those with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, hormone imbalance, infertility, menopause, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding can all significantly benefit from working with a registered dietitian to create a plan tailored to your specific needs.

Emotional eating can be triggered by many reasons: boredom, anxiety, stress, feeling lonely or sad among many other emotions. Unfortunately, eating doesn't quell those feelings for the long-term. So let's find a better solution. Let us help you repair your relationship with food and teach you how to become a more mindful and intuitive eater.

Our Registered Dietitians are experienced in Therapeutic Elimination Diets, Low Histamine Diet, Low FODMAP diet, Restoration Diet, Gluten Free Diet, Specific Carbohydrate Diet and work with each client to identify specific food triggers.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. This is especially important if you have a family history of any illness/disease or disorder, especially heart disease, diabetes and obesity. Nutrition counseling can help you to obtain optimal health and wellness as well as prevent chronic disease.
